Hood is on for tonight

Jared and I just got the official word from our friend Geoff at Timberline Mountain Guides that we have a green light for tonight's attempt on Mt. Hood. Assuming conditions hold on the mountain, we'll go up the Leuthold Coulior route.

We'll head out from Portland around 10pm tonight and start climbing around 2am. If cell reception works, I'll post a status update from Timberline Lodge before we hop on the snowcat.
